Build and strengthen the membership base quantitively and qualitatively by recruiting professionals with standing (at chartered and fellowship levels where possible) and by developing the existing membership base through CPD. Members must meet standards and match the values of the Institute.
Enhance, strengthen and continually review existing governance protocols and promote and disseminate widely amongst members and other stakeholders
Renew and reinforce standards internally and externally
Offer professional accreditation and education opportunities to members so that the attributes of a professional members organisation are met.
